FRESH START 2012

Saturday, February 4, 2012 marked the 8th fresh stART event in Santa Monica, CA. Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy served as Co-Chairs and were joined by Judd Apatow and Leslie Judd, Adam and Naomi Scott, Jena Malone, Jennifer Westfeldt, Curtis Hanson, and 850 enthusiastic hand-picked collectors. Guest enjoyed tasty bites from Sandicakes, a bar hosted by Bushmills, and mood-setting music provided by DJ Anne Litt. Almost $100,000 was raised on behalf of LA's BEST and their ASAP (After School Arts Program) which provides visual and performing arts education and experiences for children who would otherwise lack exposure to the arts. Attendees vied for artworks by over 200 emerging and established artists including Anthony Friedkin, Aaron Morse, Martin McMurray, Augusta Wood and Daniel Cummings.
